We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Wedding & Events Assistant to support our team in organising and executing events at both locations. If you have a passion for event planning, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, and have a keen eye for detail, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Coordination & Support:

    • Assist in the planning and coordination of weddings and some corporate & private events. 

    • Assist management in hosting and advertising wedding open days 

    • Assist management in inviting couples to food tastings

    • Communicate with clients and vendors to confirm event details, requirements, and schedules.

    • Ensure all event timelines are adhered to and that all event needs are met.

    • Assist in preparing the venue alongside our front of house team to the desired layout request.

  • Customer Service:

    • Act as the main point of contact for clients and guests on event days, providing exceptional service.

    • Resolve any issues that may arise during events, ensuring the smooth operation of the event.

  • Administrative Duties:

    • Respond to all wedding general enquiries, assist with showing couples around the venue and assist with invoice creation.

    • Help with the planning and execution of marketing initiatives for upcoming in-house events.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in event coordination, hospitality, or customer service is desirable but not essential. We would love to hear from you if you’d like to build your experience in this field. 

  • A passion for weddings is essential.

  • Excellent organisational skills with a strong attention to detail.

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

  • A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate client needs.

  • A positive, “can-do” attitude with a flexible approach to tasks and working hours.

  • Ability to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays as required by event schedules.
